Miss Annie Dimple
Bio: a curly-haired cutie pie raised on an organic farm with a voice that can kill and fourteen babies.
Interesting fact: Annie is actually the same age Dingy but didn’t know her well in school due to Annie being quite advanced and skipping grades three through six.
Bio: frustrated PFRA pasture rider, who only grudgingly admits that his best rodeo event is team penning.
Interesting fact: Marv had an uncle who made bull riding ropes and claims to have come up with the idea of braiding them left or right handed depending on the preference of the rider.
Position: Sound Engineer
Bio: Muskrat runs a trap line along Grassy Creek and removes nuisance beavers for RM.
Interesting fact: Muskrat does a little outfitting on the side and was once featured on “Bruce Hunts Canada” on the Outdoor Network.
Position: Spanish guitar
Bio: a quiet man with a rippin’ guitar and a dark past that left him incapable of smiling.
Interesting fact: Stoneface had a brief stint with the Melville Millionaires in the mid 90’s.
Position: trumpet, vocalist
Bio: Ms. Delilah grew up in the neighboring town of Borget and has recently moved to Darston from the city to teach school.
Interesting fact: Ms. Delilah was the South Sask Zone 4 Trap Shooting Champion in 1996.
Bio: If you want something fixed, Shirley's you're answer. She can usually be found down at Gary's Garage pulling wrenches.
Interesting fact: Shirley re-built the soundboard for the original Sing and Shake.
Position: pedal steel guitar
Bio a pedal-steel player with a heart made of gold, a hand made of titanium (due to an unfortunate logging incident in Northern SK) and a penchant for dusty country songs and stories.
Interesting fact: Moose is an amateur naturalist full of anecdotes and facts.
Position: Host, vocalist
Bio: While suffocating in her two room farm house (due to an unfulfilling marriage to a man named Eldon) and dreaming of her Glory Days as the host of the Darston Sing & Shake (Darston’s former Saturday night Jamborees)… Miss Dingy Collette decided to hit the road an created Wolf Willow. She is currently on hiatus from Wolf Willow with a big time radio contract in northern Ontario.
Interesting fact: Dingy had the 1984 Reserve Champion heifer at the Darston 4H Regionals.
Position: vocals, Nashville 12 string
Bio: Maureen moved to town 10 years ago after the suspicious disappearance of her husband, Morten. Maureen works as a cashier at the Darston Co-op and spends most of her free time with her three grandchildren.
Interesting Fact: Muskrat Littlehorn appears to have taken a particular interest in Maureen’s homemade scuffles.
Bert (Herbert) L'Flic
Bio: Bert lives down an undeveloped road allowance in a yard that was homesteaded by his Great Uncle Bill. Bert hauls grain for a part of the year, but other than that no one is quite sure how he makes a living.
Interesting fact: Bert seems particularly touchy about keeping people away from the bush just west of his yard.
Position: Fender bass
Bio: T-Dub has driven the grader for the R.M. of Slippery Butte for the last ten years. He sees himself as a sort of an artist, a sculptor perhaps, getting the crown of the road just so.
Interesting fact: Since he goes up and down all the RM roads regularly, T-Dub can tell you whose trucks pays mid-afternoon visits to yards where they don't belong...
Bio: A fast-talking, gold toothed ramblin’ man with a double base and a teenaged daughter.
Interesting fact: Early in the career of Wolf Willow, Mr. Templeton disappeared in a mysterious post pounder accident.
